Men and family members are invited to a Free Family Fun Night with the Tucson Arizona Boys Chorus on Saturday, August 24th, 6-8 p.m. August is a great time to join the Chorus! Participants can learn more about the Chorus at this free, fun family event that includes a performance by the world-famous Tucson Arizona Boys Chorus followed by free flying hot dogs, eegee’s, fancy trick rodeo roping, games, prizes and jumping castle at the Chorus hall 5770 E Pima between Craycroft and Wilmot.
The event is open to all families interested in learning more about Choirs offered for boys and young men age 6-21 in central and northwest Tucson. The Touring Chorus and Young Men’s Ensemble just returned from China on the 2024 International Tour. Open rehearsals are also available for interested families. The mission of the Tucson Arizona Boys Chorus is to provide boys in the community an enriched educational experience through the study and performance of choral music; and to impart musical, social and leadership skills that build self-esteem and have a sustaining impact on its members. Since 1939, the chorus has trained hundreds of young men and has collaborated with and encourages musical education in schools, organizations, and youth
endeavors to build good citizens and promote leadership training of youth through the study of music.
